Solving HulloMail activation issues on Three in the UK - Part 2
Further to our last blog on activation issues on Three, we have come across another solution that is working for some users.
The issue seems to lie with WiFi calling and following the below instructions should solve the problem:
- Disable WiFi Calling by selecting; iPhone Settings -> Phone -> WiFi Calling -> OFF
- Restart your device
- Dial the 'HulloMail Activate' contact from your iPhone contacts
- Enable WiFi calling by selecting; iPhone Settings -> Phone -> WiFi Calling -> ON
