Solving HulloMail activation issues on Three in the UK

We have recently been contacted by a number of customers who have struggled to activate HulloMail on Three.

This is often due to some existing settings on your phone that you may be unaware of but need to reset. Here are some tips from Three UK's support team on how to resolve this issue:

  • Ensure that you have activated voicemail. You will find all of the required steps here
  • Remove any existing diverts that you may have set up by calling ##002#
  • Remove unconditional call forwarding by calling ##21#
  • Reboot your phone

If you have an iPhone:

  • Go to your phone Contacts
  • Find and call the HulloMail Activate contact

If you have an Android device:

  • Open the HulloMail app
  • Go to More > Settings > Account > Voicemail activation

You should then see the following:

If you still see an error and are using an iPhone or and Android that is not a Samsung please contact us at support@hullomail.com for further help.

If you are using a Samsung Galaxy device, please try the following steps before contacting us:

  • Go to Phone > More > Settings > More Settings
  • Select Call Forwarding
  • Select Voice Call
  • Check that you see the following number against Busy, Unanswered and Unreachable +447782 333123
  • Ensure that Call Forwarding is disabled
  • Then go back to Phone > More > Settings > More Settings
  • Select Fixed Dialling Numbers and ensure that there are no numbers in this list
  • Reboot your phone
  • Open the HulloMail app
  • Go to More > Settings > Account > Voicemail activation

You should then see Setting Registration Succeeded screen. If you still see an error after following these steps please contact us at support@hullomail.com for further help.
